AMORTIZATION: Typical 25-30 years.
MIN DSCR: 1.15:1 to 1.20:1
TERMS: 10 years (can provide fully amortizing up to 30 years with ceiling resets)
LOAN-TO-VALUE: Up to 80%
RECOURSE: Recourse, partial, non-recourse. Each loan structured separately.
PREPAYMENT: Declining
LOAN FEES: Par to 1%, each deal is priced individually.
